Delivery 4 weeks from order. Rush service less than 4 weeks, add 20%

Minimum order is 50 identical pieces

Size is length plus the width divided by two.

Silver and gold metallic thread add 10% per piece

Up to 9 colors allowed

Heat seal backing (iron on) add $0.10 per patch, Velcro add 25%

How is size determined?
Just measure the height and width of your design and cut it in half. (Height x Width) / 2

For example:
4 inches high x 3 inches wide
= 6 square inches
(4x3) / 2 = 6

Patch edges
Choose from a merrowed edge or a heat cut edge. There is no extra charge for either.

Merrowed edge
Merrowed stitches sewn around edge.
Good for patches with simple shapes |
Heat cut edge
Hand cut with a hot knife.
Good for patches with an uneven edge. |
Patch backing options
-
No Backing - No charge. Patch is soft and flexible. Understitching in back remains exposed.

PVC backing - No charge. Patch is firm and sturdy. Understitching is covered by a PVC coating.

Iron-on backing - Add $0.10 per patch. Coating is added for easy iron-on application.

Velcro backing - Add 25% per patch. Features a detatchable Velcro backing which can be sewn on the garment.
Color selections
Metallic thread is available for $0.10 extra per patch.
